ABOUT Masala Buttermilk Smoothie RECIPE

Indian summers are hot and hence our traditional food habits , for generations have included foods and drinks that provide necessary cooling, soothing effect to our system and aids in digestion too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 heaped tablespoon, curd
  2. 1/2 inch ginger piece
  3. 1/4 teaspoon fresh roasted jeera powder
  4. Himalyan Rock salt to taste
  5. 5 to 6 mint leaves
  6. 2 glasses water
  7. 1/2 green chilli

Instructions

  1. Grind everything together , except the water.
  2. When smooth, add water and give one whisk.
  3. Chill it.
  4. Sprinkle roasted jeera powder and serve with lunch.
