  • 4 heaped tablespoon, curd
  • 1/2 inch ginger piece
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh roasted jeera powder
  • Himalyan Rock salt to taste
  • 5 to 6 mint leaves
  • 2 glasses water
  • 1/2 green chilli
