Fish Fry

Ingredients to make Fish Fry

  • 2 pieces- fish
  • 2 tbsp - kashmiri chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - coriander Leaves finely chopped -
  • 2 tbsp - curry leaves inely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Fish Fry

  1. Clean fish pieces and make deep slashes in it.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and add very little water and make it into a thick paste.
  3. Apply masala all over the fish, deep into the slits and slashes.Leave this to marinate for 30 mins.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a pan, place fish over it. Cover it and cook on a medium low heat for 5 to 6 mins.
  5. Now flip over and cook on high heat for 5 more mins. Now the fish is done.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and onion rings.
