Ingredients to make Langcha

  • paneer 200 gm
  • mawa 50 gm
  • maida 1 tsp
  • Suji 1 Tsp
  • cardamom powder 1 Tsp
  • Baking Powder a pinch
  • ghee or oil to fry
  • For syrup 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cup water

How to make Langcha

  1. Make a dough of all the ingredients.
  2. Then take small portion from the dough & make the shape
  3. Fry it in oil
  4. Dip it in sugar syrup for at least 4 to 5 hrs
  5. Its ready now
