This lactose-free ice cream.The chilled choco bites surprise every chocoholic not only with its yummy Licious taste but also with its uniqueness. Its uniqueness lies in adding rice milk. It can be consumed even by lactose intolerants.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almond Milk- 1.5 cups
  2. Almond Paste-1 cup
  3. Pure Cocoa powder ( natural unsweetened / diary - free ) – 2 tablespoon
  4. Sugar Syrup-1.5 cups to 2 cups
  5. Rice flour-3 tablespoon
  6. Dry fruits for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan. Pour (3/4) cup of almond milk into it.
  2. Turn the knob to sim.Heat the almond milk but do not boil it.
  3. Preparation of Sugar Syrup - Heat a sauce pan. Add 1 cup of sugar.Pour 1 cup of water to it so as to dissolve the sugar crystals. Put on a low flame and stir continuously until it turns to a consistency as that of gulab jamun syrup.
  4. Once done, switch off the flame.Keep it aside.
  5. In the meantime, take a bowl. Pour the rest (1/4) cup almond milk, rice flour and cocoa powder. Mix it thoroughly.
  6. Heat a sauce pan. Boil the above mix and keep on stirring so that no lumps are formed.
  7. Now transfer the above mix to the prepared sugar syrup.Beat it well to form a uniform consistency.
  8. Pour the already heated 3/4 cup of almond milk to it. Allow it to thicken.
  9. Then turn off the flame. Add almond paste, chopped dry fruits.Mix it thoroughly with a hand mixer.
  10. Transfer this into moulds/serving moulds. Freeze it for 8 to 10 hours. Garnish with dry fruits. Serve chilled.
