  • Medium Size Ripe Bananas - 2 ( Cut and frozen)
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Dark Chocolate ( Unsweetned / Semisweet) - 5 tablespoon
  • Home Cultured Hung Yogurt / Greek Yogurt - 1/4 cup
  • Ice Cubes - A handful
  • Homemade Almond meal - 1 tablespoon

How to make Healthy Banana Dark Chocolate Almond Meal Smoothie

  1. Pick medium size bananas with brown spots to get the maximum sweetness from the fruit.
  2. Peel, cut and place in a freezer bag for several hours till the fruit is completely frozen. You can do this step a night before.
  3. To make the smoothie, put chilled hung curd or Greek yoghurt, frozen banana pieces, shredded chocolate, cocoa powder, and almond meal with a few ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
