Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Arvi 1 cup
  2. Badam paste 1 cup
  3. Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  5. Ghee 1 cup
  6. Fresh rose powder
  7. Javitri 1
  8. Tamalpatra 1
  9. Taj 1
  10. Mari 2 to 3
  11. Cardamom 1 to 2
  12. Clove 1
  13. Star 1
  14. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  15. Lemon juice 1 to 2 spoons
  16. Black jeera powder 1 spoon
  17. Roasted chana dal powder 2 spoon
  18. Kewra water 1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast all Khada masala and make a fine powder.
  2. Now take spoonful ghee in a pan add in ginger chilly paste and onion and cook until brown.
  3. Take a big bowl add boiled Arvi and add in brown onions, boiled almond paste, roasted daal powder, chopped coriander, salt, Mirchi powder and Khada masala powder and kewra water.
  4. Now add in a spoon full of ghee and keep it in the fridge for 1 to 2 hrs.
  5. Once done, place a hot coal in a bowl and pour in ghee and cover for few secs.
  6. Now take a stick and put the mixture as seen in pic.
  7. Again keep the sticks aside for 30 mins.
  8. And shallow fry with ghee.
