Strawberry Almond Milk Breakfast Smoothie.

Ingredients to make Strawberry Almond Milk Breakfast Smoothie.

  • 1 Cup, Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 No,Banana,fully ripe (I used the small variety)
  • 1 & 1/2 Cup,Almond Milk ( store bought or made at home)
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoon, Basil Seeds / Sabja Seeds
  • 1/4 cup water

How to make Strawberry Almond Milk Breakfast Smoothie.

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add the basil seeds and water.
  2. Let it sit for 10 Minutes.
  3. In a kitchen blender, add strawberries, 1/2 Cup almond milk, banana and honey.
  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  5. Add the remaining almond milk and blend once more.
  6. By this time the basil seeds have bloomed.
  7. If any water left in the bowl then drain that water.
  8. Add the seeds to the smoothie and serve!
  9. Enjoy this smoothie for a healthy start of the day!
