  • gulab jamun mix 1 cup
  • Full-fat milk 1 ltr
  • mawa 100 gm
  • sugar 1 bowl
  • cardamom powder 1/2 Tsp

How to make Gulab Jamun Kulfi

  1. Boil milk in a deep pan & reduce it to half its original quantity. Mix mawa, sugar & stirring frequently.Add some crushed almond or cashew nuts.
  2. Make some small gulab jamun
  3. Make it cool & add it to milk
  4. Ready to go for freezer
  5. After 6 to 8 hours its ready now

My Tip:

Dont add gulab jamun in hot milk
