Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 bananas (preferably frozen)
  2. 3 cups skimmed milk
  3. ½ cup cooked oats
  4. 1/3 cup almonds
  5. 1 teaspoon honey
  6. 1 cup Ice
  7. Pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the banana into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, blend banana, milk, cooked oats, almonds, honey, ice and cinnamon for I minute or until the smoothie thickens.
  3. Drink and enjoy!
