For the potato filling: Take the boiled potatoes and mash them well.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add jeera and let it splutter. Now add green chillies, potatoes, add the chilli powder, chat masala and coriander.
Remove this mixture in a plate and let it cool.
For the outer suji covering: Take a pan and add water, immediately add suji and keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. Now add salt, oil, ajwain and stir well to make a dough.
Once you have the suji coming together like a dough remove it in a plate. While its still slightly warm, make a flat round with this suji dough, fill in a lemon sized portion of the potato mix and cover well with the suji.
In a similar way do it with the rest of suji and potato mix. You will get 6 kachoris
Now deep fry these on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve with mint chutney or ketchup.
