Ingredients to make Mango Malai

  • Milk cream or malai 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Isabgol 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cashews to garnish

How to make Mango Malai

  1. Make the mango pulp
  2. Add milk, Malai, milk powder, sugar and blend nicely until you get a smooth mixture
