- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder
- Few saffron strands
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg powder
- 15 to 20 cherries deseeded and chopped
- 3 to 4 finely chopped almond slices
