Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 boiled potato
  2. 2 tbsp boiled and mashed peas
  3. 1 carrot grated
  4. 1 tbsp chopped beans
  5. 1 tbsp cornflour
  6. 1 tbsp ginger, garlic, chilli paste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tsp dry mango powder
  9. 2 tsp coriander powder
  10. 2 tsp chat masala
  11. Few mint leaves
  12. 1 tbsp Suji
  13. 2 drop red colour
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First mash potato, mix all spices & vegetables.
  2. Mix well add cornflour.
  3. Now shape them in strawberry shape.
  4. Now mix suji with colour.
  5. Roll these strawberries in suji to coat nicely.
  6. Keep in the fridge for 30 mins so that they set.
  7. Now heat oil and fry it.
  8. Place a mint leave on each strawberry.
