ABOUT Tangy Garlic Dip RECIPE

It's spicy and tangy and goes well with almost everything.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 garlic pod
  2. 5-6 dry red chilies
  3. 1 tsp red chili powder
  4. 2 tbsp dry coconut powder
  5. 1 tsp tamarind pulp
  6. 1 tsp oil for tempering
  7. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take garlic, dry red chillies, red chilli powder, coconut powder, tamarind pulp and salt in a mixer.Add water as required to make a smooth dip.
  2. Make sure that the dip is smooth.For the tempering take 1 tsp oil and add mustard seeds on heating.On spluttering add it to the dip.
  3. This dip tastes awesome when served with pakoras, idli, dhokla etc.
