Ingredients to make Fish Fry

  • Mackerel fish 8 small size
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 8 to 10 Beydgi chilli
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp besan flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Rava 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp raw rice

How to make Fish Fry

  1. Soak the Beydgi chilli and rice in a warm water for 10 minutes
  2. Wash and clean fish, keep aside
  3. Now grind the soaked chilli, rice. jeera powder, coriander powder, along with vinegar to a fine paste
  4. Take fish add salt and turmeric rub now .add ground masala and besan flour mix well and keep aside for 20 minutes
  5. Take marinated fish and spread semolina on a both sides and fry it in a hot oil till brown and crisp for about 10 on a low flame
  6. Serve with onion slices and lime wedges
