Ingredients to make Watermelon Ricotta Lasagna

  • 5to6 rectangular watermelon slices
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 5to 6 basil leaves
  • Few mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3tbsp crushed walnuts
  • For decoration (optional)
  • Few slices of beet root
  • Few springs of coriander

How to make Watermelon Ricotta Lasagna

  1. Cut watermelon into rectangles.
  2. Add all the ingredients into ricotta cheese.
  3. Now layer 1 tbsp of cheese mixture onto the watermelon slices and repeat the process up to 4 to 5 layer.
  4. For decorating, make a rose flower with beet root.and arrange it on the plate.
