Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3/4 cup Milk
  2. 3/4 cup milk powder
  3. 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 200 gms Amul Fresh Cream
  5. 150 g Jamun (deseeded and pulp removed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixie jar, blend together milk, milk powder and sugar
  2. Now add fresh cream and blend for 2-3 secs
  3. Now transfer this base in a container and allow it to hard set for 5-6 hours
  4. Now first blend the deseeded Jamun in a blender to form pulp
  5. After the ice cream is set break it into pieces and blend it in along with the Jamun pulp.
  6. .Now place this mixture back in the container and place it in a freezer
  7. Allow it to set back in a freezer till firm. Using an icecream scooper, scoop out icecream in individual bowl and serve
