Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Milk - 2 cups
  2. Vermicelli - 1/2 Cup
  3. Rose Water - 1 teaspoon
  4. Refined sugar as required

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a sauce pan. Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add in sugar and rose water.
  2. After the sugar melts add in vermicelli. Cook until the vermicelli cooks soft. Switch off the flame.
  3. Get ready with the popsicle moulds. Fill them. Close the lid. Freeze until it hardens.
  4. After it hardens remove them from the freezer. I left it on the kitchen counter for just 2 minutes. After 2 minutes I could be easily pulled out the popsicles
