Ingredients to make Cheesy Corn Olive Flatbread

  • For dough:
  • 4 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp active yeast
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • For toppings
  • Boiled sweet corns
  • Home made tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Black Olives
  • For Tomato sauce:
  • 1 pack Safal Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt according to taste

How to make Cheesy Corn Olive Flatbread

  1. Tomato Sauce:
  2. Heat butter and add ginger–garlic. Let it fry and add puree. Let them simmer on high flame for 1 min.
  3. Add tomato ketchup and spices. Mix well and let it simmer for another 5 mins. Tomato sauce is ready!
  4. For dough:
  5. Dissolve sugar in the warm water and add yeast. Mix lightly and let it prove for 20 mins.Sieve the flours + salt together.
  6. Add 1 tbsp olive oil.Knead it well using yeast water. Add more water if required.
  7. Once kneaded, brush it with olive oil and let it rest for 1 hr. The dough will be doubled in its size.
  8. Now time for assembling:
  9. Now, roll a certain portion of dough into a rectangular shape. Take another portion of dough and make long strand out of it
  10. Spread a mixture of Cheese. Spread tomato sauce over it
  11. Top it with olives and corns
  12. Grate more Mozzarella Cheese
  13. Put it on the baking tray in a pre-heated oven
  14. Let it bake at 180 degrees for 20mins
