Ingredients to make Masala Raita

  • 1 cup fresh whisked curd.
  • 1/2tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  • 1/4tsp black pepper powder.
  • 1/2tsp chat masala.
  • 1/4 to 1/2tsp red chilli powder.
  • 1tsp sugar.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

How to make Masala Raita

  1. In a bowl add all the above-mentioned ingredients except a pinch of red chilli and coriander leaves. mix well.
  2. Now to garnish sprinkle red chilli powder and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Super easy raita is ready to serve.
My Tip: Sugar is optional but it will balance the taste well.
