Goes very well with pulao and biryanis ...and easy to make recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup fresh whisked curd.
  2. 1/2tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  3. 1/4tsp black pepper powder.
  4. 1/2tsp chat masala.
  5. 1/4 to 1/2tsp red chilli powder.
  6. 1tsp sugar.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add all the above-mentioned ingredients except a pinch of red chilli and coriander leaves. mix well.
  2. Now to garnish sprinkle red chilli powder and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Super easy raita is ready to serve.
