Cabbage Raita

Ingredients to make Cabbage Raita

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cup fresh whisked curd.
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli.
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves.

How to make Cabbage Raita

  1. Take the finely chopped cabbage and add the lemon juice. mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl take the whisked curd and add rest of the ingredients. Mix well now squeeze out the excess water from cabbage and add to curd mixture.
  3. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.

My Tip:

One can use par boiled cabbage also. Red cabbage too tastes good.
