ABOUT Cabbage Raita RECIPE

Not very common but tasty recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  2. 1 cup fresh whisked curd.
  3. 1 finely chopped green chilli.
  4. 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder.
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. Take the finely chopped cabbage and add the lemon juice. mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl take the whisked curd and add rest of the ingredients. Mix well now squeeze out the excess water from cabbage and add to curd mixture.
  3. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.
