Multi Purpose Red Spicy Tomato Chutney

Ingredients to make Multi Purpose Red Spicy Tomato Chutney

  • 1 kg ripe red tomato roasted and skin peeled ( then make a fine paste)
  • 2 big onion
  • 4 tablespoon garlic paste
  • Green chilly paste tablespoon
  • Apple cider vinegar 15 tablespoon
  • Red chilly paste made with black pepper salt and sugar (10 dry red chilly+1 tablespoons black pepper+salt as per required+ sugar 1/2 cup)all together
  • Ajino moto 1 teaspoon
  • 1 spoon turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon Kashmir chilli powder
  • Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
  • 50 ml white oil

How to make Multi Purpose Red Spicy Tomato Chutney

  1. Heat the oil in deep vessel add the finely chopped onion and fry till colour is light brown
  2. Then add the garlic paste
  3. Then add all the ingredients except tomato
  4. When the masala is cooked add the tomato puree
  5. Add the vinegar and cook until oil separates
  6. At last, add the dried parsley leaf
  7. Cool and store in clean jars and store in the refrigerator
