Mango Oats Smoothie is everybody’s favourite and can be prepared without much hassle.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup mangoes chopped
  2. ½ cup oats soaked in 1 cup of milk
  3. Sugar as per taste. You can skip this if mangoes are very sweet
  4. Walnuts
  5. Fruits of Choice
  6. 1 tsp chia seeds soaked in ½ cup of milk

Instructions

  1. Blend oats, mangoes, sugar and milk in a blender till you get a nice smooth consistency.
  2. Pour in a bowl.
  3. Decorate with dry fruits and fruits of your choice.
