Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For Cake:
  2. Plain flour 1 1/2 cup
  3. Powdered Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  4. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  5. Cocoa powder 4 tsp
  6. Milk 1cup
  7. Melted dark chocolate 1/2 cup
  8. Melted butter 1/4 cup
  9. Vanilla Essence 2-3 drops
  10. For fondant:
  11. Marshmallows 5-6
  12. Water 2 tsp
  13. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  14. Red colour (liquid or powder any)
  15. Whipped cream 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour at least 2 times. Then add baking powder and again sieve it for another 1 time
  2. Now add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder into it.
  3. Now mix the batter with help of milk and mix until it removes all the lumps and makes the batter smooth.
  4. Add melted dark chocolate, melted butter and vanilla essence.mix it very well for 3-4 mins.
  5. Now grease the cake tin with oil and pour the cake batter into tin and place it in oven for 30 mins at 180*c
  6. For fondant- take the marshmallows in a bowl and add water and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds.take it out and mix it well until it removes all the lumps
  7. Now add powdered sugar into it and make a dough of it until it is very fluffy and soft.
  8. Now make 2 part of it. In first part add red colour and another part white colour.
  9. Now make a big circle of red fondant part with the help of hands.
  10. After the cake been baked. Spread the whipped cream over it evenly And cover the cake with red fondant and cut the extra part.
  11. Now make the long thin rope shape of white fondant and design it in an own way.
