Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Channa dal 2 cups
  2. Mint leaves 2 cups
  3. Green chopped chillies as per taste
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Garam masala 1 spoon
  6. Amchur powder 1 spoon
  7. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  8. Coriander 1 cup
  9. Samosa leaf as required

Instructions

  1. Soke dal for 1 to 2 hrs in water.
  2. Now boil the dal in a big vessel. Do not over boil it.
  3. Once cool add in mint, coriander, green chillies, and all other dry spices.
  4. Mix it with your hands nicely..avoid using a spoon for mixing.
  5. Now take once samosa leaf drop in 1 spoon of dal masala give shape of samosa and fry in oil or bake it in pre heated oven for 10 to 12 mins.
  6. Serve it with green chutney.
