Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Chana dal 1 cup
  3. Moong dal 1 cup
  4. Urd dal 1 to 2 spoons
  5. Methi few seeds
  6. Haldi powder
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Mint Chutney
  9. oil
  10. Rai
  11. Coriander
  12. Aradrak Mirchi paste
  13. Til

Instructions

  1. Soak all the dals, rice in separate vessels for 2 to 3 hrs
  2. Then grind all the fine paste and add in few methi seeds and leave it over night for fermentation.
  3. Take one bowl add in 2 to 3 spoon of batter add in Haldi, salt, arak Mirchi paste, pinch soda and oil and beat it well.
  4. Now spared it in greased plate. And keep it in a steamer.
  5. When half done spread in green minty chutney and cover it with white batter.
  6. Now steam it for 1o to 15 mins.
  7. You will get sandwich dhokla.now cool and cut.
  8. Add oil in grilled pan ..add in Rai, til, chopped chilly, curry leaf and place dhokla in pan and cook for few mins Take serving dish place grilled dhokla in serving the dish and serve with tea or coffee.
