ABOUT Dragon Fruit Ice Cream RECIPE

Dragon Fruit in combination with coconut milk. Sounds interesting right !!!. Well, Yes it is. This eggless no churn soothes and melts in mouth homemade ice cream.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dragon Fruit 2
  2. Coconut milk 400 ml
  3. Nestle Condensed milk 1/2 can
  4. salt 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin of the dragon fruit carefully.
  2. Cut it into slices.
  3. One can even spoon out the flesh.
  4. Process the dragon fruit slices in a food processor.
  5. On a low heat, bring the coconut milk to a mild boil.
  6. Let it cool down.
  7. After it has cooled down, add the processed dragon fruit and the condensed milk to it.
  8. Next, add some salt to it.
  9. Mix well and transfer this into an airtight container.
  10. Seal this with an aluminium foil and place it in a ziplock bag.
  11. Freeze it for about 7 to 8 hours.
  12. Remove it and let it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving.
  13. Serve it with a drizzle of homemade pomegranate molasses.
  14. See how fluffy and smooth it is.
