Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup long grain basaltic or Chinese rice
  2. 2 tbsp Oil
  3. 3-4 cloves garlic
  4. 1 Whole red chilli
  5. 1/4 cup fresh beans finely chopped
  6. 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  7. 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
  8. 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  9. 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  10. 1tsp soya sauce
  11. 1 tsp vinegar
  12. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1tbsp finely chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a wok heat oil.
  2. When the oil is hot add chopped garlic, red chilli.
  3. Stir fry it in a high flame
  4. Add chopped French beans, chopped carrots chopped capsicum and chopped cabbage.stir fry on a high flame for a minute
  5. Add Schwan sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar.Toss it.
  6. Lightly mix it. add 90% cooked rice.Add salt.Toss it on high flame
  7. After tossing add finely chopped green onions
  8. Schezwan Rice is ready to serve
