Mango Pannacotta

Ingredients to make Mango Pannacotta

  • Ripe mango pulp 2 cups
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Heavy cream 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Tutti fruity or berries for garnish
  • Agar agar or gelatin 1 tsp + 1/2 Tsp
  • Water

How to make Mango Pannacotta

  1. Mix 1 tbsp water and half of Agar agar in a pan.
  2. Keep for 5 mins.
  3. Heat on the gas until bubbles come.
  4. Turn off gas
  5. Mix mango pulp in this mixture.
  6. Stirring very well.
  7. Pour in glasses and keep the glasses in the fridge.
  8. The position of glasses should be tilted.
  9. Keep for 1 hour in the fridge.
  10. To make cream heat agar-agar and milk in a pan.
  11. After bubbling turn off the gas.
  12. Mix cream and sugar in it.
  13. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  14. Keep on heat until sugar dissolve.
  15. Don't boil.
  16. Take out the glasses from the fridge.
  17. Pour cream in the glass to the right level.
  18. Again keep in the fridge for over night.
  19. Garnish with cherries and serve cool.
My Tip: Keep the glasses or bowls in the desired position in the fridge.
