Mango Panna Cotta

Ingredients to make Mango Panna Cotta

  • 2 mangoes pulp
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Agar agar/ gelatin 1tsp +1tsp
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • Vanilla essence 2 drop

How to make Mango Panna Cotta

  1. Add 1tsp Agar agar in a tbsp hot water and keep aside.
  2. Pour the bloomed agar-agar mix into mango pulp.Set it in a glass.
  3. Keep it in the fridge.
  4. Boil milk and cool it.
  5. Add 1tsp agar- agar, sugar, cream and vanilla essence into the milk.
  6. Set this milk layer over the mango layer.
  7. Garnish with mango and rose petals.
