Veggie Loaded Cheese Burst Omelette

Ingredients to make Veggie Loaded Cheese Burst Omelette

  • Two eggs
  • 4 spoon of finely chopped onions
  • 3 spoons of finely chopped tomatoes
  • 3 spoons of finely chopped capsicum
  • 2 spoons of boiled corn
  • Chopped green chillies - as per preference
  • Grated cheese (any) - 1 small bowl
  • Amul cheese Slice - 1
  • Salt, red chilli powder - as per taste
  • Maggie masala - 1tsp
  • Oregano - 1tsp
  • Butter - 1tsp

How to make Veggie Loaded Cheese Burst Omelette

  1. In a non-stick pan heat butter and let it spread on the base.
  2. In a bowl/cup mix the eggs with the veggies. Add salt, chilli powder, maggie masala and oregano. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add some of the grated cheese to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Once the butter has melted, pour the omelette mixture in the pan.
  5. When the lower side is cooked, turn the omelette.
  6. Now put the cheese slice and the grated cheese on the top ( like a topping on the pizza.)
  7. Lower the flame and cover the pan. Let the cheese melt.
  8. Take off the lid and turn off the gas.
  9. Serve the veggie Loaded cheese burst omelette with ketchup and bread toasted in butter.
