Hot and Sweet Soya Chilli

Ingredients to make Hot and Sweet Soya Chilli

  • 150 gm soya chunks
  • 1/2 cup onions cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup green peppers cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup deseeded tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped Spring onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 2 tbs soya sauce
  • 2 tbs vinegar
  • 1/2tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Oil

How to make Hot and Sweet Soya Chilli

  1. Soak the Soya for 1/ 2 hours.after that drain it.
  2. Put it in the pressure cooker and pressure cook till 2 whistles.
  3. Drain it and keep aside.
  4. Take a non-stick frying pan and saute the Soya. Chunks till it attains the golden colour.
  5. Place it in another bowl and in the same frying pan add all the veggies and keep stirring it for 4to 5 minutes.
  6. To this add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup and sugar into it season it with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss it completely and Garnish it with green spring onions. Serve it with roti rice or anything.
