Ingredients to make Red Velvet Cake with Blueberry Truffle Quenal and Strawberry Sauce

  • maida 2 cup
  • Baking powder half tbsp
  • baking soda half tbsp
  • salt half tbsp
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil 1 cup
  • Suger powder 2 cup
  • egg 2
  • buttermilk 1 cup
  • Vanilla half tbsp
  • Food colour half tbsp
  • Coffe water half cup
  • vinegar half tbsp
  • Blue berry crush 2 tbsp
  • White chocolate half cup
  • Fresh cream half cup
  • Whipped cream as per needed
  • Chocolate chips as per needed
  • Strawberry sauce as per needed
  • Chopped mint as per needed
  • Golden dust as per needed

How to make Red Velvet Cake with Blueberry Truffle Quenal and Strawberry Sauce

  1. In one bowl mix Maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt, coco powder
  2. In another bowl take vegetable oil and sugar and mix it well for 2 to 3 min now in that add 2 eggs buttermilk, vanilla extra, and then add red food colour blend it well now in that add coffee water and vinegar then mix it well
  3. Now in bowl of the second step which we have taken add dry mixer of step one in it and whisk it well and make cake batter ready now in cake tin add to cake batter and baked it in pre heated oven for 35 to 40 min
  4. In another pan boil, fresh cream than off the gas then add white chocolate and blue berry crush mix it well and then let it be cooled at room temperature and keep it for 10 to 15 min for cooling in freeze and from them make Quenal
  5. Now make small square pieces of red velvet cake sponge now garnish it with blue berry truffle Quenal strawberry syrup , chocolate chips, whipped cream, chopped mint and golden dust and serve it well

My Tip:

1) We can also use butter scotch crush instead of blue crush 2) we can also use butter cream instead of whipped cream
