Ingredients to make Whole Wheat Beetroot & Cheese Paratha

  • 2 cup whole wheat flour/atta
  • 1 large or 2 small beetroot boiled and grated
  • 1 cup processed cheese grated
  • Oil for kneading
  • salt as per taste
  • Ghee for roasting paratha(optional)

How to make Whole Wheat Beetroot & Cheese Paratha

  1. I have used my food processor for kneading. You can do this manually too.
  2. Knead the beetroot, cheese, flour, salt & oil together in a soft dough.
  3. Make small golf size balls and roll into paratha or chapati or flat bread or even Puri as you like.
  4. On a non stick Tawa or skillet cook on both sides with some ghee.
  5. Serve with onions, green coriander chutney and chunda. Enjoy!!

My Tip:

Add onions to add flavour.
