Chocobar Ice-cream

Ingredients to make Chocobar Ice-cream

  • Chopped Dark chocolate 100gm
  • Chopped white chocolate 100 gm
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Milk powder 1/3 cup
  • Chilled Whipping cream 1/2 cup

How to make Chocobar Ice-cream

  1. Take 1 cup milk and 1/3 cup milk powder. Mix gently
  2. Take 1/2 cup chilled heavy whipping cream in another bowl. Whip 3-4 minutes until soft picks is formed then keep aside
  3. Add whipping cream in milk and milk powder mixture slowly then place into the freezer for 2 hours
  4. After 2 hours, Ice-cream is half set so stir with spoon or blender. This process is necessary to dissolved ice crystals
  5. Take 100 gm dark chocolate & 100 gm white chocolate, chopped them and melt in microwave for 30 seconds
  6. Pour this melted chocolates in popsicle mould and refrigerate 5 minutes
  7. Pour Ice-cream in popsicle mould and place in freezer for 4 hours
  8. After 4 hours, enjoy your super yummy choco bar
My Tip: Chocolate coating is not very thin or not very thick so if you need then coat double layer then pour half set Ice-cream
