Ingredients to make Pineapple rava laddo

  • 11/2 cup of semolina
  • 1 glass of pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup nicely chopped dry fruits
  • 1/4 cup maava to mix in semolina
  • 1/4 cup maava for filling
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Pure ghee for cooking

How to make Pineapple rava laddo

  1. First step to prepare pineapple reduction with sugar, in a pan add pineapple juice and sugar and heat it till it's half in quantity.
  2. In a pan pour pure ghee, when it melts add semolina and stir it till a pleasant smell comes out. Add pineapple sugar syrup in it after a minute add milk, maava and cinnamon powder.
  3. When it is starts to thicken, turn off the gas and keep aside.
  4. To making laddo, start when it is hot so carefully take mixture in your palm, slightly press the filling of maava and dry fruits and cover it carefully.
  5. Cool at room temperature, when set it is ready to be eaten.
