Kaju Draksh Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Kaju Draksh Ice Cream

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • Sugar 4 tbsp or to taste
  • 50-gram cashew nut (Kaju)
  • 50gram raisin

How to make Kaju Draksh Ice Cream

  1. Take 500 ml milk and sugar in a pan to boil
  2. Add custard powder in 1/2 Cup milk and mix well and keep aside
  3. Meantime whip the cream with beater and keep aside
  4. Now in boiling milk, add custard powder mixed milk slowly which we prepared.
  5. Slow the flame and stir continuously to avoid lumps
  6. As milk thickens, switch of the flame, and let it cool
  7. After that add custard-milk mixture into whipped cream, and mix well
  8. Then freeze for at least 4 hours in an airtight container
  9. After 4 hours take it out and beat again with beater and add Kaju and raisins into it
  10. Again freeze it for 5 to 6 hours
  11. After 6 hours scoop the ice-cream and serve chilled and enjoy
My Tip: Whip the cream properly till soft peaks
