Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk 1/2ltr
  2. Creem 1/2cup
  3. Sugar 4tbsp
  4. Khus syrup 4tbsp
  5. Khus essence few drops
  6. Green food colour pinch
  7. Cornflour 1tbsp
  8. Bread slices 6
  9. Milk 1/2cup (for dipping bread)
  10. Oil for frying
  11. For garnish:
  12. strawberry syrup 6-7tbsp
  13. chocolate sauce 6-tsp
  14. Tutti fruity as needed
  15. watermelon seeds as you wish
  16. Cornflour for coating1/4cup

Instructions

  1. First, add 3tbsp of milk to corn flour and make slurry keep aside and then Boil rest of the milk in a vessel add cream in it
  2. As milk comes to a boil add sugar and green colour
  3. When milk get reduced little add Cornflour slurry in it and cook as mixture get thicken turn off the gas add khus syrup and khus essence in it And mix well
  4. Pour this mixture into an airtight container and freeze it for 5-6hours After freezing take a scoop of ice cream and freeze it again for 2hours
  5. After 2hours heat oil for frying on high flame cut the sides of bread slice dip in milk and take out ice cream of scoop and stuff it in bread And fold it like a bread roll
  6. Cover this roll with dry corn flour
  7. Deep fry this ball on high flame in very hot oil for 10-12seconds
  8. Take out of oil garnish with strawberry syrup chocolate sauce tutti fruity nuts and serve
