Ingredients to make Rajasthani Lehsun Chutney With Apple.

  • 20 garlic cloves ( Lehsun ).
  • 1 Green apple
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 cup dried red chillies
  • 1 tbsp dried mango powder ( amchur powder)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt to taste.

How to make Rajasthani Lehsun Chutney With Apple.

  1. Take a non-stick pan add oil to it. Heat it. Add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and garlic cloves.
  2. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Now add the dried red chillies and sauté till it turns dark.
  4. Switch off the flame, now add dried mango powder, sugar and salt.
  5. Let it cool down.
  6. Now in a mixie add the chopped apple and the garlic mixture along with some water.
  7. Blend it until smooth.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.
