Ingredients to make Kaju Badam Pista Kulfi

  • 1 small bowl cashew nuts, almonds and pistachio
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • saffron strands
  • 1 cup milk

How to make Kaju Badam Pista Kulfi

  1. In a mixer jar, Add cashew nuts and almonds and Pista blend it.
  2. Heat a kadhai, add milk and let it boil once milk started boiling add crushed cashew nuts and almonds, Pista and mix it well
  3. Add cardamom powder, condensed milk, saffron strands and sugar.mix well for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
  5. Once it cool, pour the mixture into moulds and freeze them in the refrigerator.
  6. After 4-5 hours remove the moulds and serve chilled.
