Ingredients to make Koffee Kulfi

  • Bru instant coffee 2-3 tbsp
  • Milk 3/4 litre
  • Mixed nuts of your choice slivered thinly 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Almonds and walnuts finely grated 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 4-5 tbsp
  • OR
  • Heavy cream 5 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
  • Rose water 3 drops (optional)
  • Chocolate sprinklers 2 to 3 tbsp

How to make Koffee Kulfi

  1. Boil milk and simmer on low flame until it reduces.
  2. Let it reduce to half its quantity.
  3. After done, add the instant coffee powder.
  4. Mix well and allow it to cool.
  5. After it has come to the room temperature, mix in the cream, sugar and the nuts.
  6. Fill in the kulfi moulds and freeze.
  7. Serve them chilled with some grated nuts on top and chocolate sprinkles
My Tip: No need to beat the heavy cream, just mix it in the reduced milk with other ingredients after it has cooled down.
