Soya Matar Keema

Ingredients to make Soya Matar Keema

  • Soybean granules 100 gm
  • Boiled Green peas 100 gm
  • Tomato 2 medium size
  • Green chillies 2
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Chopped onion 1 big
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • oil

How to make Soya Matar Keema

  1. Put soya granules in hot water for 2 minutes. Drain and squeeze all the water from it.
  2. Put tomatoes, green chillies and ginger in a grinder and puree it.
  3. Take a wok heat little oil. Saute soya granules for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Take a wok, heat little oil and add cumin seeds. When it crackles add chopped onions to it. When it turns golden brown add tomato puree into it.
  5. When it starts leaving the sides adds in garam masala, coriander powder and salt. Stir it. After that add green peas and soya granules. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Serve it your veg keema is ready.
My Tip: You can also make this with soya chunks, just grind it to granules.
