Sweet Corn Float

Ingredients to make Sweet Corn Float

  • Corn kernels - 1cup
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Cinnamon powder a pinch
  • Condensed milk – 2tbsp
  • Honey – 2-3 tbsp
  • Garnishing –  Whipped cream sweet 

How to make Sweet Corn Float

  1. Take corn kernels. Add them to the pan along with the milk. Bring the mixture to a boil, let corn cook for 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
  2. Add cinnamon powder. Cook for few seconds. Turn off the heat.
  3. Using a blender, puree the corn kernels. Strain pureed mixture into large bowl.
  4. Add mixture again in the blender; add condensed milk, honey. Blend well. Adjust the honey as per sweetness required.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3hrs
  6. In a blender take ice(optional) and corn mixture. Blend well.
  7. Pour in a glass, top with sweet whipped cream
  8. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

1- Corn should be tender and sweet. 2- Instead of honey sugar can also be used.
