Wash the mutton and cut it.
Cut onion and tomato into fine pieces

Grind coconut, saunf (Fennel) and Poppy seeds
Take a pan and heat oil
Add cinnamon, cardamom and biryani leaf in the hot oil
Once they splutter add ginger garlic paste and fry.
Put tomato, onion and stir-fry it
Put salt, a little water and let it boil.
Add coconut paste, cooked mutton and boil it on a medium flame for 15-20 min.
Add coriander leaves, curd and let it boil on a low flame for another 10 min.
Once the korma gets thicken then remove from the stove.
