Ingredients to make Kesar Chocolate Kulfi

  • 1-litre milk
  • 100gm sugar
  • 1 pinch Kesar (add 3tsp milk in a Kesar and keep aside)
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 2 Elaichi crushed

How to make Kesar Chocolate Kulfi

  1. Bring milk to boil. when milk gets reduced to 75%, switch off the flame.
  2. Take 3 bowls now and pour milk in equal quantity in three bowls.
  3. Now take the first bowl and add Kesar to the milk.
  4. In the second bowl, add grated dark chocolate.
  5. In the 3rd bowl, add crushed Elaichi.
  6. Pour the three types of milk in three small glasses and refrigerate for 1 hour.Let it be cool completely in the deep freezer.
  7. When it becomes hard to serve it as Kulfi and enjoy!
