Ingredients to make Royal Rose Ice cream

  • 2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Rooh Afza
  • Some Rose Petals for garnish

How to make Royal Rose Ice cream

  1. Take a deep pan. Add corn flour and 3-4 tbsp milk in it and mix it properly.
  2. Then add sugar and boil it for 7-8 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Remove it from the flame and keep aside till cool down.
  4. Now in a mixing bowl whisk the fresh cream using hand blender till foamy texture.
  5. Add fresh cream into the cooled milk mixture.
  6. Add Rooh Afja syrup in it and mix well till it becomes a pink mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into the plastic container, cover it and place it into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
  8. After 1-2 hours stir the mixture using a spoon, cover it and place the container again into the freezer for 6-7 hour.
  9. Rose Ice Cream is ready.
