Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green peas - 1cup (I used Frozen)
  2. Crumbled Paneer - 1/4 Cup
  3. Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Evaporated Milk - 1/2 cup
  6. Honey - 1-2 tbsp Or Sugar
  7. Whipped Cream - 3/4 cup
  8. Garnish - Chocolate syrup, Plum Sauce or chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Add green peas in a 1 cup boiling water. Boil until they are tender for 2-3 minutes for frozen peas.
  2. Drain the peas in a colander and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking and to preserve their bright green colour
  3. Place them into a blender along with condensed milk, milk, honey and cardamom powder. Blend till smooth puree.
  4. Strain the mixture into a bowl. Add crumbled paneer. Mix well
  5. Add whipped cream, Fold gently.
  6. Pour in airtight container and keep in the freezer for an hour or two.
  7. Take out from the refrigerator and blend with an electric beater or 2 minutes.
  8. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container. Refrigerate at least for 5-6 hours
  9. Scoop out and serve chilled top with chocolate sauce or strawberry syrup or jelly.

Can we use anything else in the place of condensed milk??
