Ingredients to make Maampaal

  • Ripe mango 1 number (big)
  • jaggery syrup 3tablespoon
  • cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • coconut milk (thick) 1 cup
  • coconut milk (thin) 1 cup
  • cashew 5 numbers
  • Rice flour 1 tablespoon

How to make Maampaal

  1. Peel mango and cut into pieces
  2. Cook it soft in thin milk
  3. Add cardamom powder and rice flour mixed into water and let it boil for 2 minutes
  4. Add thick milk and switch off flame
  5. Fry cashew and add
  6. Serve hot
