Ingredients to make Harira

  • Milk -1 litre
  • Sugar-5 table spoon
  • Almonds-50 gms
  • Khopra-2 inch
  • Rice-2tsp
  • Oil for tempering-1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon -1 small piece
  • Clove-2 piece

How to make Harira

  1. Soak almonds Khopra and rice for 20 mins.
  2. Then peel the almonds remove the skin of Khopra and grind all the ingredients finely.
  3. Boil milk, add the almond paste.keep stirring.
  4. Now add sugar and cook for few mins.
  5. For temper Heat oil, add cinnamon and clove then pour it in the milk.
  6. Harira is ready.
My Tip: If you want you can add sago too.
