Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Plum 250 grams
  2. Curd 2 cups
  3. Half cup dates
  4. Sugar 4 tablespoon for caramel and 2 teaspoons for smoothie
  5. 2 tsp fresh cream
  6. Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the plums to deseed
  2. Deseede the dates
  3. Add sugar in a pan and heat it till it becomes caramelized.
  4. Add 2 tsp fresh cream in it
  5. Spread on a greased surface to make caramel
  6. Blend plum, dates, sugar and curd
  7. Pour it in a glass add caramel and ice cubes
